Parkour Generations Boston

Parkour Generations Boston was founded in 2012 as a branch of Parkour Generations Americas and is based in Somerville, Massachusetts.  PkGen Boston runs classes and workshops for all ages and abilities throughout the New England region, working with a variety of municipalities, community organizations, schools, private companies, and individuals.

They host weekly classes designed to bring new practitioners into their discipline in a safe, progressive, and supporting environment that empowers them to build functional strength and confidence through utilizing everyday elements of the urban landscape.

Somerville Bike Kitchen

Somerville Bike Kitchen (SBK) is a volunteer-run bicycle repair cooperative founded in 2015. SBK provides tools, knowledge, and a workspace for local cyclists to repair their own bicycles and promote cycling as safe, green, and economical means of transportation and recreation accessible to everyone.

They host weeknight walk-in shop nights on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM at The Dojo.

Dojo Teen Nights

Femmemechanics

Femmechanics is a group of FTW (femme/trans/women/non-binary) people who bike in the Boston area. They build community, teach and learn from one another, and create safer, inclusive spaces for FTW folks to empower themselves within the bike world. They wrench, ride bikes, organize events, and more!

Grrrease Time is their open shop time created in partnership with local shops and community groups. They host monthly Grrrease Times at Somerville Bike Kitchen.
